The property is modern, and we could see garden from the window.

it had a nice setting near to the forest as well as the top notch hotel's beach club. the staff was amicable and incredibly nice to chat with.

Nice accommodation with views over the jungle, liked it. The staff were attentive and efficient and we had a really good stay for the price.

The accommodation was modern, beautifully decorated rooms. The location was comfortable and to the nature reserve nearby. In fact, the property was near the good restaurants, a quiet, safe area and the forest.

That the location was pretty bad.

we had a great stay at los amigos - staff was polite, room well equipped. we enjoyed the pool and the included laundry service. we also visited the central park and were impressed by the gym and pool. los amigos is perfect for couples and friends. gonna check their other places in tulum.

Would recomand the place, I had romantic 4 nights here. Kind and efficient staff with good travel recommendations. The room is incredible in the "garden ". Good to have a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. The pool is nice — useful on hot days. Location is remote, in a very quiet area...

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment at Los Amigos Condo 3 and had a great experience. the apartment was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including clean sheets, towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. the rooftop pool offered a beautiful sunset view, and the Wifi worked well for my Zoom calls. Los Amigos provided an affordable option in Tulum, where I didn't feel like I was being financially ripped off. Cons: Was all great 👌🏼.

We had a wonderful stay at Los Amigos. the bed in our room was comfortable, and the location was great with private parking. the gym and spa were a nice addition, and the rooftop with the clean pool was a quiet and relaxing spot. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we even rented bikes from a contact at the hotel for a convenient way to explore Tulum. we loved the beautiful property and would highly recommend it to others. Cons: Unfortunately, our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Stayed in a big, comfortable studio apartment with a cozy bed and a great shower. The staff was helpful and gave us recommendations for places to eat. Free bikes were available for use, which was a nice bonus. The apartment had a rooftop swimming pool and a beautiful terrace where we saw toucans in the morning.

The check-in process was frustrating as there was no reception at the place and we had to wait a long time for the staff to arrive. The area where the hotel is located was not pleasant, with bad roads and ongoing construction work.
